About Benchmark PCI
Benchmark PCI is a PCIe expansion and workstation integration supplier. We sell computer hardware and integrator software for homelab builders, AV installers, system integrators, and technical teams deploying PCIe add-in cards, video-path accessories, USB host expansion, and bench tooling.
Fulfillment and Shipping
Shipped from the United States. All physical hardware we sell is fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. operation. We do not drop ship. Inventory is packed, quality-checked, and handed to the carrier from the United States – not forwarded from overseas suppliers or third-party marketplaces.
Fast domestic shipping. In-stock hardware orders ship quickly with carrier tracking. Domestic U.S. delivery is prioritized through major carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) based on the service you select at checkout. International shipping may be offered on select listings where noted at checkout.

What We Sell
- PCIe expansion hardware. Workstation Integration Kits, Thunderbolt 4 PCIe Expansion Docks, PCIe USB Host Controller Cards, USB 3 Host Bridge Pro boards, USB Serial Device Bridge Boards, HDMI AV Stream Combiners (DC505, V6, DC500), DisplayPort AV Stream Combiner BAAN-7, PCIe Video Capture Modules, and PCIe Lane Validation modules for bench, AV, and homelab builds.
- Integration support. Install guides, compatibility notes, and paid Remote Integration Support Sessions scheduled after purchase.
- Integrator software. PCIe Bus Monitor, System Memory Layout Analyzer, System Board Configuration Manager, Video Path Diagnostics Console, Expansion Card Firmware Libraries, and other utilities delivered to registered customers for hardware they own or are deploying.
- Custom quotes. Multi-unit, lab, homelab, and commercial AV orders can be quoted by email before checkout when standard listings do not fit your deployment.

How Engagements Work
- Configure online. Select hardware, kit options, and any add-on services on benchmarkpci.online.
- Receive hardware. Physical components ship from the United States with carrier tracking after fulfillment. We do not drop ship.
- Follow our guides. Product documentation and setup steps are provided with your order and account.
- Book integration help. Remote integration support sessions are scheduled through support after checkout when purchased.
- Request a quote. For larger or non-standard builds, email support@benchmarkpci.online with your requirements before ordering.
Software and Licensing
Some listings include integrator utilities, firmware libraries, or bench tools delivered electronically after purchase. These support hardware you own or are installing – not anonymous standalone key resale. Delivery is tied to your Benchmark PCI account and order history.
Payment
Card processing through Stripe is available for physical hardware-only orders. Integrator software, integration sessions, and mixed carts may use alternate payment methods shown at checkout.
