1. Who We Are
Benchmark PCI operates benchmarkpci.online, an online store for PCIe expansion hardware, AV install accessories, homelab workstation components, and related licensed integrator software. 2. Information We Collect
Account data. Name, email address, username, and password (stored in hashed form) when you create an account. If you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user identifier and basic profile details made available by that service.
Order data. Billing and shipping details, contact information, order contents, transaction references, IP address, and browser user agent submitted at checkout.
Payment data. Card and wallet payments are processed by third-party providers (including Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Shipping. For physical products, we share delivery details with carriers as needed to ship your order from our United States fulfillment operation and provide tracking.
Digital delivery. For downloadable software, firmware libraries, or integrator utilities, we process order and account data needed to deliver and support those products.
Support. Information you submit through email, tickets, or remote integration sessions, plus related order context.
Rewards and linked accounts. If you participate in our cross-store rewards program, we may sync account identifiers (such as email or linked Discord ID) with affiliated storefronts solely to calculate and display rewards balances you have earned.
Technical data. Server logs, cookies, and similar technologies described below.
3. How We Use Information
- process orders, payments, shipping, and digital delivery;
- create and manage customer accounts;
- provide customer and integration support;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
- improve the Site and services; and
- enforce our Terms of Service.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and login session working, remember preferences, and protect the Site. Essential cookies are required for checkout and account access. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser, but some features may not work if essential cookies are disabled.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the store, including with payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, identity providers you choose (such as Discord), affiliated rewards systems when you use linked rewards, and authorities when required by law.

Benchmark PCI is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as needed to fulfill orders, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of certain account data subject to legal exceptions.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS and reputable payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. California residents may request information about personal data we hold. To submit a request, email privacy@benchmarkpci.online from the email associated with your account.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
